A: Since we're unable to fully verify the identity of an anonymous user, we require all users to validate their email address before their posts are made available. We also review every post and comment before making it available to the public.

Q: Can I delete or amend a review I submitted?
A: Sure, if you change your mind about a review you have submitted and want to amend or delete it, simply contact our team and we will take action. However, since you submitted your review anonymously, we will need to verify your email address.

Q: I'm a landlord. How do I get a review or comment removed or corrected?
A: If you see a post that you feel is inconsistent with our Terms of Use (it's not enough to simply disagree, it has to have crossed a line), please let us know. Simply contact our team explaining why you feel the review should be removed. From there a member of the team will look into the issue and take appropriate action.

Q: Can I post a review about my tenancy even if I'm a happy tenant?
A: Of course, positive reviews are equally important to us as neutral or negative reviews.
